Bear in mind that CDU appeared to genuinely believe that the JORC would bloody some faces when published.
Whatever 'different'information came forward happened this year it would be reasonable to think.

Questions to be asked are:-

* when did CDU first become aware the JORC report was unlikely to meet shareholders expectations?
* were any share buybacks carried out with knowledge of the above?
* why did a senior geologist resign?
* what statements, if any, that cannot now be justified, were made at AGMs or EGMs and which may have encouraged persons to become long term holders of CDU?
* were any ASX notices misleading resulting in a similar effect?
* do any of the answers to the above questions justify a class action against CDU?

I am not suggesting that an action is possible, just posing some questions that would need adverse answers from CDU/investigations before initiating such an action.

It seems entirely possible that CDU will move on and become a small but profitable copper miner.
