I share similar losses, but if i can provide you with one piece of advice, its not to look at the SP again for at least a wk. Today's rise after you sold mustve felt like the final straw, rubbing salt into open wounds, and i have had a similar experience where frustration made me chase the SP only to lose even more money..it happens, those who claim theyve never had that experience are lying to themselves
