not trying to dampen anyones belief on RFE but i posted last year that this should be one to move on from... it was only reccomended by the bosses @ Sonray (if you live in a cave do some reading) and the only research house to put a report out on it were Chess Capital... licensed through Sonray...
use your money elsewhere, if Sonray do have to sell all of their assets i can gurantee you they have a bucket load of RFE to get out of, might be a reason for the cap in price
