If these TZ assets are so good, why hasn't Aminex or RAK bid for key at 5c per share? Surely it must be such a bargain?

I am concerned about the intentions of a new board.
I remember my KML experience well when the board was thrown while the shares were trading around 8c.
The new directors decided the current assets were 'worthless' and on that basis diluted heavily to a select group of sophs (themselves included) hundreds of millions of shares at 1/10th of a cent!. No pro-rata recap was offered!
They then backed in a small coal project for a cost of under a million (I think), relisted at around 30c and hey presto - the select group that was in on it were all instant multi-millionaires.
I am not going to let that happen to me again.
Any new board is going to have to make undertakings to do a pro-rata recap, or bring in soph investors at a significant premium to 4c, given our 'assets' are so discounted!
