We must be in a position to retain our remaining interests in TZ and fund our commitment - I believe the company needs to be recapitalised based on a clear well defined strategy.
I do not believe the current board is willing or able and on that basis they must go!
KR does not have the support of shareholders is not flexible, recent decision making is questionable.
DW has too many other commitments in particular STB.
I fully support a change to the management of our company.
