Agree that the CR is puzzling. The thing that I don't quite understand is the main shareholders are involved in the running of the company and keep plowing their money back in. So the argument that they're getting fat on other people's money doesn't make sense to me. Surely they must see a solid opportunity of getting their money back, otherwise wouldn't they cut their losses.

It might be the cynic in me, but I wonder whether this isn't an opportunity for the main holders to increase their percentage ownership of the company (by taking up any shortfall + the associated options) before an announcement.
