Sure, the financial climate is not great, and our SP is terrible, BUT what has changed regarding the fundamentals?
anticipating an announcement of substance daily, can certainly wear us down and sometimes taint our expectations on timelines.
starting a new thread based on your personal expectation with a negative sentiment doesn't change anything.
Neil and the team must navigate with caution and due diligence as there is more to this strategy than just short-term SP appreciation.
For what it's worth, I personally believe the team at EXR is doing above and beyond to maximize shareholder value in due time. They are no fools as their history is evidence of this.
