What I was alluding to was insto hold such a large volume of shares, a takeover wouldn’t be in their interest either. Retail have been diluted and shaken out by these large insto placements. Many have probably taken a tax loss by now to offset gains elsewhere especially those heavily involved in the sector.
Government is not the full picture, even as it stands with a no uranium policy, it’s a ridiculous mcap. The reason it’s this way is it’s a sophisticated institutional play imo.
