Insto sometimes buy on behalf for other interested parties, we seen this with VMY before a T/O with the same insto interest in DYL and the SP pulling back to 16c from a mid 20c from my memory. Mike Young was push for objecting a T/O by the main insto holders that were accumulating the stock on behalf of DYL.
What history has shown SH is this current board are not up to the task of full focus in TOE while being on the board of other companies. Its a reason why IMO they missed the 5 year minimal work approvals deadline, this board didn't have the time work overload with the other board companies' commitments.
It"s why TOE needs a Uranium focus team or a T/O.. You need to go RH best for all SH if you step down....!!!!
