The more I look into it the clearer it is becoming that common ELK holders are going to be completely smashed, for I suspect nothing but laziness/incompetence on the part of directors......Looks like Andy and tony have brought their "who gives a rats about shareholders" culture from their other companys to ELK..........ELK were supposed to fund activities through JVs....obviously the appeal of a larger company and more shareholders to pay larger director fees is very appealing.....
Have seen it happen at so may other companys.....we shouldnt let it happen at ELK....If Shareholders want to keep irresponsible culture out of ELK we may need to all stand up as one......

Obviously ELK needs to cut operating expenses and I can think of 2 board positions that are no longer required....

I can speak directly for 3mil shares that are willing to put a halt to this disregard for shareholders and have another 1-2mil very interested.....
