Spoke to Surtek this morning...The lady doing the chemical work said the final report would be done in 2 weeks....... the engineer working on the project said the project looked very good....capital expenses and production would definately be sub $20 per barrel......he thought ballpark it would be worth above $100 mil when everything was completed.........he said they had done similiar successful programs from the Muddy formation.....
Spoke to another knowledgable person in the industry and he agreed that even thought times were tough $2mil US for a 33% stake in Grieve chemical flood would be a bargain even at this early stage.....and a deal like this would have meant shareholders did not get diluted in ever project ELK has and will take in the future.....
But hey, lets flog it to the big institutions at the equivalent of 9c us a barrel!!!!!!!!! and ever other asset we have at a massive discount!!!!!
The more I look into it the more the facts tell us we have been done over!!!!
