But as Smythe has done this before, you can bet that he or his assigns will be the new buyers. It will be parked for 6-12 mths then the whole cycle starts again.

The fact that they used their last $5M of shareholder money to lock in the leases almost guarantees this. Of course who knows where the $5M went and what value it consitutes. However in 6-12 mths time the "new CVI" will be ramping up these leases for all they are worth.

Perhaps we can monitor it and jump on the next gravy train and pass our CVI losses onto the next generation?
