sbl, takeover in process?, yes it is , not much action until Murchinson gets the go ahead, perhaps June ,July, latest by Oct, decline at Rover 1 perhaps in July, approvals by Sept/Oct.. ADN comes into play once decline approved at Rover1... plus their other interests in the same proximity..., there has to be a consolidation within the next 6-10 months because WGR cant fund capitol requirements , only MLX... thats when APAC kicks in re MLX and capitol $ required ... APAC will be a player...
