My personal opinion is SLR is better than the other bidder & their bid
Slr long timers desrve better whether the SLR board are spineless or owned or both
Instead of cowardly waiting for its demise, REJECT IT =no victimization & instead go hunting for another to own goldie.
Not holders fault that slr board have beCOme impotent and lazy=
Get a new board , a new vibe and go shopping for a new decent goldie= as plenty with stock swap or warchest=
Mek and add a mill, or RMS or RSG or RRL, SPR or or or or or
OR be told more FAIL as is SLR
