I see the numbers and hear loudly what you are saying. What may not be taken into consideration is future value and goodwill. I have to admit that my feeling is that RED has this aspect over SLR in spades. I have to admit that based on current information, RED has a long term cash producing set up while SLR don't have that.

As a result, I can understand why cj et al are advocating for a different share conversion some have suggested.
