    The second one only had 6%.

    Is that going to be enough to oust the current board?

    I think you may be confused.

    We certainly served 2 seperate s249D notices, with approx 10.3 % in support of the s249D notice and then 6.5 % approx in support of the second s249D notice.

    Now that does NOT mean that is ALL the support we have.

    It was not necessary to have all our supporters to sign the s249D notice, that would have been time consuming and expensive to do that and really would provide no further advantage.

    We had solid support for the s249D notices, and that was all we needed.

    Mission achieved in that regards.

    No, we have FAR more than the 10.3 % that you mention and that will become very clear as the final votes are counted.

    The real question is can Mr Cottee match and or better our voting block, because if he cant then he has a significant problem.

    It could be another embarrassing Nexus situation for him.

    That would almost guarantee him never being approached to lead a board spill ever again in Australia.

    Not an enviable position to be in, in my opinion.
