"(buddy 123, john heugh was on over 400k 2010, and over 474 2011)"
Jonnee,
That is correct. But what you fail to realise, or letting the Forum know, is that, that was the whole package of the remuneration for John Hugh for the year. That included the superannuation payment and all other entitlements. Nothing else.
Most importantly though, with the above payment received by John, there was no options attached either.
In the case of RC though, what you have to consider is that his basic remuneration of $500k and $250k dollars flag fall, that is what it is. It is just a base salary component figure that, if you are to read the statement correctly, it does not include Superannuation, and all other ancillary payments under the benefits of his employment.
Most importantly though, there has been a mention of a substantial option package on top of that which, to date it hasn't been disclosed as yet, nor was there any mentions of the incentive options package that he is also going to get as a result.
On top of that, the amount of salary and incentive options of the two directors that he wants to bring along with himself, will want to serve on the Board, has not being mentioned either.
In anyone's language that wishes to compare apples with apples, there is a hell of a difference there.
Cheers mate,
Buddy
