it is completely unreasonable, a citizen always has the right of return. the only thing that is reasonable is requesting them to pay for cost of the hotel
a result of our geographice isolation we have a very insular way of looking at things, overseas this and overseas that,
the facts are the world in now a small place, people travel to the 4 corners of it for any number of reasons, and if any of the approx 1m australia citizens currently overseas wish to return, they can at any point.
any suggestion to lock them out doesnt even merit comment
