Peoples reason for posting on HC are many and varied, talking up stocks talking them down and who knows maybe in some cases conversation on the home front could amount to "welcome welcome massage massage" so this might be where they find a place to communicate with others that speak English and share a common interest. Don't be to hard all views are welcome here on the CTP threads even if you don't agree and as was said you can just use the ignore button.
As for the admins it generates traffic on the site they wont stop it
