Is this an ENV caused issue? No. So why call out ENV as "dodgy" ?
Do I watch the course of sales down to the minute. No. Who doesn't own a stock and screens the course of sales on a stock they have no intention of buying?

The sell side you mentioned is worth a grand total of $647. It's immaterial in the overall course of trading. Less than 0.1 of a percent of today's volume.
If you're so concerned reach out to ASX or ASIC.
