Agree the Charley Creek CR has Government Grant written all over it.
Short term RE prices are irrelevant, Australia and the United States are looking 5 - 10 years out for these projects.
It's about creating an industry and possibly replacing Iron Ore and Coal as the Hero commodities. More scope for value add processing with REs. - IMO
