Interesting post but you've not researched correctly:
"Overlapped" claims are not happening. There's no overlap of approved mining tenements, you're mixing up applications and permission to explore. ENV has stalled/denied applications and active applications.
The whole region does not exist within the buffer zone. If you just turned on the ecological exclusion zone layer on the tool you're using, you will see it overlaps with ENV's tenement (don't just take my word for it), and if you measure 3km from that boundary you will see the rest of Pocos exists within the buffer zone. MEI's map highlights this.
SI6's results are not from the tenement you've highlighted, they are from a smaller tenement within the caldera...
You've failed to research this correctly, sorry.
