So I can now see what you're suggesting, you're suggesting that those three green areas in the middle of the alkaline complex are also impacting MEI and VMM. But you haven't researched them sufficiently, they don't have buffer zones.
Those areas are Permanent Protection 'RPPN' areas, which do not have buffer zones like the APA zone ENV is contending with. It does not affect MEI nor VMM. They are different. Your research is not up to par unfortunately yet you throw shade at others and claim you are posting 'facts'...
