At the end of the day, they are geologists and, unfortunately, they don’t possess a diverse skill set or strong business acumen. Ultimately, the shareholders are the customers, and communication is key.
The silver lining in all this is that they are experienced in their field, so let’s allow the results to speak for themselves.
