At its lows? Maybe, for those that like pattern analysis there is an old H & S where the target has been reached. The 16/17 level is where I would expect some strong resistance on the way back, that's the previous breakdown levels from back in February, April and June.
Volume has dropped off lately, that's good in a downtrend but a frustrating chart just the same.
