Having said that, what I did say was that I think it should be compulsory for companies to issue T20 lists regularly - I suggested monthly but would accept quarterly because anything more often that annually improves transparency. It has nothing to do with whether or not a stock is going up or down
I also said it would help stop posters (on all threads, not just ENV) making false claims like "the stock price crashed today because a T20 was selling out". Unless you are an insider, how the hell would you know who is selling? AT least if the lists were released monthly you can see who is staying or who is selling from the T20 = transparency
& it is just a data base download - cheap & cheerful
