still not convinced they want to raise money
could be wrong but they seem to be playing a tight hand with large land grabs a lot of expertise behind the wheel and deep connections.
whats the other option ?
they build it & a 3rd party farms in to fund it ?
these are potentially huge plays - if the company keeps 50% and doesn’t have to spend a cent to progress them its a money tree
