Technical analysis is all well and good, but shouldn't be relied upon with penny stocks.
When I say penny stocks, I'm talking sub $100m market cap.
Whats more important,are the top 20 share holders, and tightly they hold shares.
Put it this way.
If a big dog wants to sell, he's not looking at the technical analysis, he's going to sell.
In my opinion, news-flow (and the underlying commodity price, which for some reason is really discussed) has more weight.
The cool thing about the stock market, is that it is made up of very many participants, all with different views.
