WITHOUT PREJUDICE Following your constant harassment of OZ and its directors via email ,hot copper and your telephone calls to associates of mine which is placing the company in jeopardy , I have no choice but to advise the following. Should your actions in any way effect or reflect on my daughters or Joshua Wellischs position or reputation I will immediately instigate a class action against you and your company and if you persist in statements which could be classed as blackmail I will issue a defimation action against you personally and advise ASIC accordingly.
