When you have a great product you need to back it up with marketing and that cost money, SMA is also likely to have committed to certain marketing costs with the Telco's.... This is norm and if this wasn't in place you would not have the turnover - expect marketing costs to stay as is until critical mass has been achieved.New regions/provinces to be added soon,,, watch this space!
