Evopilot, I can't read any BPT conspiracy in the 965 rig delay. And clearly ICN is all over it and know EXACTLY what is going on.
It is still in America, but, the MANUFACTURER puts on its own website that it is 100km N.E. of Innamincka, South Australia.
So much for being a reliable source!!

Yes, this delay will certainly put unwanted pressure from a T/O and not just from BPT, NEVER ignore STO, they can chew and spit out EVERYONE in the Cooper Basin (and are more generous than Beach). They would LOVE to hold ALL the Nappamerri Trough, INCLUDING BPT's share and could VERY easily take out the lot.
