my theory is that beach will delay the drilling as long as possible... icon has little cash left in the bank and can't last much longer in the grand scheme of things.. 855 is all they have left. If beach waits just a bit longer they can pick up icon for a bargain price of ~30c per share imo.. thats about all we can expect for a T/O now.

Unless ICN manages to pull off another CR but a.) that will piss off shareholders such as myself and b.) honestly who wants more icon shares right now?
