if anything, ICN's cash position will force BPT's hand to make a takeover offer sooner rather than later.
If ICN undertake another CR, this will buy them enough time to wait for BPT to start drilling and then ICN would enjoy the predominantly free carry for 855.
BPT will not want this if they have their eyes on the prize.
