    I think their priority is STX first and $ saving last. they will utilize rig to their max and are hesitant to commit to anything until fully done - agreement to share after that. makes it hard for any concrete announcement under these circumstances. Lets hope an opening arises, but i don.t think STX are about to do us any favours - A waiting we will be
