STX have made a meal with there wording I gather it’s meant to state they have ceased Jv operations and rig will be released elsewhere. STX has another 2 campaigns-
Waylering - which has no environmental clearances SE1 - which is yet to conduct a 2D seismic
I imagine it’s in STX best interest to release rig to avoid steep standby costs.
I also imagine NWE and STX have a good relationship
I’m thinking once the rig contract is executed we will get an Ann and we will see 1.2c +
