Have picked up a few more BKY recently on the UK market recently (not a great deal for U exposure in London), works out a bit cheaper than ASX.

From reading the latest update on the ENUSA agreements, my first opinion after a quick read was that unfortunately BKY were maybe not as thorough in their first submission as they should have been. Although it may have been stretching some relations/boundaries and laws a little for ENUSA to turn down the JV at first pass, they did have some ground to stand on.

The subsequent work carried out by BKY and further consulting etc. seems to have filled in a few of the holes in their first plan and now, first impression wise anyway, and have a few more ducks lined up and boxes ticked.

Hopefully ENUSA/BKY JV v2.0 will cross the try line second time round and a general more positive year for the U industry (and energy industries) as a whole.
