There was a company called Ensurance Underwriting Pty Ltd which operated in Melbourne and Sydney but was sold for $1.1m last year (it is these offices which you have found online).
Ensurance Limited recent made a move to start a new Australian operation as a result of buying TK Specialty Risks Pty Ltd due to a number of synergies with its UK division. This acquisition goes to shareholder vote at the end of July. Assuming the vote is positive (largely a formality at this stage), Ensurance Limited will then have offices in Perth, Adelaide and Sydney.
