Sell how many you want at whatever price you want to.
As you said, if this was such a good buy someone would buy it.
The buy sell spread looks sick at the moment which is kind of strange considering SFRs JV. I guess it's because there will be not much news flow for the short to medium term...

If I had some coin I might grab half of your holding @ 1.5c but the illiquid buy sell spread is not a good look ESP if you want to get out on a whim. There is just so much other stocks out there with way more upside in the short term.

You may have to bite the bullet and dump @ 1.4c.

This is definitely a long term hold.
