i think also with IOH agreeing to the "no shop, no talk" condition in the BCI bid, the markets thinking there is going to be no counter-offer. Cant work out why IOH seems so desperate to get this deal done, if MIN are interested in Cape Preston in any case?
I would have thought getting Bao in as a potential suitor would get some price tension going. And its not as if Stokes is getting much cash out this. Stokes is just too savvy in his other business dealings to be just laying down on this.
Makes me think BCI/MIN and IOH have some Bucklands deal stitched up? But then no disclosure on this at all, in fact BCI have been quite cagey on their plans.
