FIRB: approval 2 months from application[3 months from announcement].
"relevant chinese regulators" : 13 months and counting[only 10 months from FIRB if one wishes to be charitable]. Wonder if all of GRAM's 10 million dollar investments take this long to get the green light?

Anybody know of any other companies in similar situations awaiting such approvals?
