Whoa....this is MASSIVE imo...
Post SIR find, there has not been enough positive hits to get the frenzy going for the rest of the minnows.... some have already started doubting the FR as being a one-hit wonder ....but Vale being interested will definitely renew interest in the region once more and if one of the minnow hits some decent targets then there is always the Big Brother lurking around to snap it up without breaking a sweat...
This should get all FR plays to put in some extra efforts to get noticed by the likes of Vale...
