Vestergaard is a well-known anti nuclear campaigner/activist so she cannot be regarded - by either GL or DK - as neutral.
In any case, her remarks in this article are focused on distribution of U rather than extraction.

As I understand it the GL-DK agreement (which also focuses on distribution) has proceeded smoothly, though held up now because of the 28/11 election. GGG need not worry here since neither N Korea nor Iran will have been considered as a customer for their U: there are 20 or more other nations to sell to.

John Mair's Q & A session yesterday (http://sermitsiaq.ag/) should have given comfort to neutral observers that processes will be put in place to ensure safety of extraction, and that the public will have every chance to analyse them after the impact reports are released in Q1 2015.

Lamentably too many "observers" are not neutral.
