Neither was VLA cheesy….on the day of their takeover offer the SP was pushed down to 52 week lows…..you could buy at 62c from memory and the takeover offer was $1.75….how would you explain that ? Another case was SRX…..SP experienced downward pressure selling (algorithm activity evident) prior to their trading halt….last trades were circa $13 from memory…takeover offer $33 per share…. again …go figure ? Share price isn’t always a true validation of what’s really happening.
