pretty much this entire platform is dedicated to "reading between the lines" of statements and phrasings and expressions and tone of voice for the last 5 years at least and tbh pretty much all of the predictions derived from said reading have been catastrophically wrong.
so forgive me if I go by facts and the literality of the statements provided and in fact discount a number of said statements like advanced discussions with multiple partners.
actually my recent favorite was where a news article directly quoted SI as saying the FDA had to MSB they had enough data for approval (no qualification or correction issued) but when the actual statement came out it said the data was enough for resubmission
