Also why do we think it will go in to a trading halt? If its early, surely a pause in trading followed by an announcement and off we go?
Surely we're not in for another CR on approval even at higher prices - given they have 2-3 years inventory plus further cash available on approval and would then be in a better position to negotiate credit etc.
