I'm pretty sure OEL's two major shareholders (holding 42%) had a lot of say in that Galoc sale and the capital return. They'd had enough and had too much to sell on-market.
I wonder what IMC (holding 28% ) thinks of HZN's current strategy, sp performance, and management renumeration ?
They should be eligible under the 3%/6 month creep rule to accumulate some more soon.
