It doesn't look cheap in comparison with its peers.
AWE trades at an EV of $9/BOE, which shows HZN, even at these prices, as expensive.
The latent value in HZN is the contingent resources, but without the cash to develop, these are now being discounted heavily.
Short of a cap raise, or an asset sale, these shares will struggle until a corporate comes a calling. With CBA selling, they all know who to call, but no movement yet.
