Lets be a bit more up-to-date.
The closing cash as of 30 Sept was $9.8m, the estimated cash burn for Q4 was $0.6m, so there is currently
$9.2m left in the pot (not $10.5m).
I do like this stock and it could easily run higher, but this really depends on what happens in the next few months, which is far from certain.
I estimate that the company has approx $6m to invest in a new venture, which is a nice position to be in but it isn’t exactly a huge pile of cash, so it all depends on what deal or investment they manage to find.
As for the Nkembe block, lets not forget that Havoc Parners have an option to farm into the project, which they may or may not take up. (They must decide in the next 3 months as the option expires 1 April 18). If Havoc walk away, then what’s the company’s next move?
