as long as you have current CEO and Chairman who has not provided any guidance on their intentions to run profitable business but have clearly speller their intentions to get free stock and options... I see no change .... iMO.
Remove CEO and Chairman in my opinion to get new ideas and leadership to AVH...IMO.
