I have same question that you have but correct me if I am not wrong but the device cost between $3500 to $6000 USD which is big amount so a takeover by another company and change of this management is the only solution because board knows that they can live off the cash they create every now and then using CR and keep playing around dilution and then consolidation.... IMO.
There is no urgency for them to expand as they get paid significantly simply to sell product in US so why work hard and expand in EU or AU or China or Hong-Kong?
